Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bagazin website and mobile applications and the services offered through them (together, the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by NomaDrop LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America (“NomaDrop”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.
1. What Bagazin is
Bagazin is an online marketplace that connects travelers and other users (“Customers”) with independent local businesses (“Partners”) that offer short-term luggage-storage space in Morocco. Bagazin facilitates discovery, booking, and payment. The storage service itself is provided by the Partner, not by NomaDrop.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Bookings
- Bookings have a minimum duration of 2 hours and a maximum of 24 hours.
- A booking is confirmed once you complete it in the app. For online payments (when available), payment must be authorised before confirmation.
- You receive a booking reference / QR code that the Partner scans at drop-off and pick-up. Do not share it with anyone other than the Partner.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) before you confirm a booking. You pay cash on site at drop-off at participating partners. Online card payments are coming soon. When online payments are available, NomaDrop (or its payment processor) will collect payment on the Partner’s behalf and remit the Partner’s share after deducting Bagazin’s service commission.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: you may cancel before your scheduled drop-off for a full refund of any online payment; once storage has begun, bookings are non-refundable.
6. Prohibited and dangerous items
You may not store illegal, perishable, hazardous, flammable, or dangerous goods, firearms, live animals, or items of exceptional value. Partners may refuse to store items that appear to breach this rule. You must follow each Partner’s reasonable security instructions.
7. Responsibility, liability and coverage
Partners are responsible for the safekeeping of luggage stored on their premises. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NomaDrop’s role is limited to operating the Platform, and NomaDrop is not liable for loss or damage arising from the acts or omissions of Partners or Customers, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7.1 Coverage and the platform guarantee fund
Bagazin is not an insurer and holds no insurance policy for the benefit of Customers. We do not describe stored luggage as “insured”, and nothing on the Platform should be read as an insurer’s guarantee. What we operate instead is described below.
- How it is financed. NomaDrop withholds 2% of Partner revenue on each booking and pays it into a platform guarantee fund. This mechanism is set out in the Partner Agreement that every Partner signs during onboarding.
- What it covers. Substantiated loss, theft or damage to a stored item, occurring between the Partner’s confirmed drop-off scan and the pick-up scan, up to 3,000 MAD per item.
- How to claim. Email support@bagazin.com within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up date, with your booking reference, a description of the item and reasonable evidence of its value (receipt, photograph or equivalent). Claims raised after that window cannot be processed by the fund.
- What is excluded. Cash, bank cards, jewellery, precious metals, bearer instruments, artworks, antiques and items of exceptional value; illegal, hazardous, flammable or dangerous goods; perishable food; live animals; fragile items not declared as such at booking; normal wear, minor scuffing of luggage shells and pre-existing damage; and any consequential loss (missed transport, accommodation or similar).
- What it is not. A payment from the fund is a commercial settlement. It is not an admission of liability by NomaDrop, and it does not waive or replace any right you may have directly against the Partner, or any mandatory right you hold under consumer-protection law.
Please keep cash, identity documents, medication and valuables with you rather than in a stored bag. Prohibited items (section 6) are outside the fund in all cases.
8. Partner terms
Partners are also bound by a separate Partner Agreement presented during onboarding, which covers commissions, payouts, territorial protection, and their obligations toward Customers and NomaDrop.
9. Intellectual property
The Bagazin name, logo, and Platform are owned by NomaDrop LLC. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Platform.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Moroccan law, which applies to their interpretation, performance and validity. The service is provided in Morocco, to customers in Morocco, by partner businesses established in Morocco.
Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably within one (1) month of arising may be brought before the competent courts of Rabat, Morocco. Nothing in this clause removes any right you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
