This Privacy Policy explains how NomaDrop LLC (“we”), operator of the Bagazin platform, collects and uses your personal data. It applies to the Bagazin website and mobile apps.
1. Data we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone number, and profile photo.
- Identity documents: for partners and, where required, customers — an ID or business-registration document you choose to upload for verification.
- Location: your device location, only when you enable it, to show nearby storage and provide directions.
- Booking data: the storage locations, dates, times, and prices of your bookings.
- Payment data: card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Device & usage data: basic technical data needed to run and secure the app.
2. How we use your data
To create and manage your account, process bookings and payments, connect you with storage partners, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.
3. Who we share it with
- Storage partners — the information needed to fulfil your booking.
- Service providers — our hosting and database provider (Supabase), our payment processor, and messaging/notification providers — acting on our instructions.
- Authorities — where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may close your account, by contacting support@bagazin.com.
7. Children
Bagazin is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
