This Cookie Policy explains how NomaDrop LLC, operator of the Bagazin platform, uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) on the Bagazin website and mobile apps. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What we use
Bagazin uses a small number of cookies and browser-storage entries, all of which are needed to operate the service:
- Authentication session (essential). Keeps you signed in between visits. Set by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) and stored in your browser’s local storage or the app’s secure storage.
- Preferences (essential). Remembers choices such as your language (English, French, Spanish or Arabic) and display settings, so the app opens the way you left it.
- Consent record (essential). Remembers that you have acknowledged this policy so the consent banner is not shown on every visit.
- Push-notification tokens. If you enable notifications, a device token provided by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging is stored so we can deliver booking updates to your device.
2. What we do NOT use
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No third-party analytics cookies that profile you across other websites.
- No sale of cookie or usage data to anyone.
3. Payment pages
When online card payments are offered, our payment processor may set its own strictly necessary cookies within its embedded checkout fields for fraud prevention. Those cookies are governed by the processor’s own policy and are not readable by Bagazin.
4. How to control cookies
You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential storage will sign you out and may prevent bookings, sign-in, and language preferences from working correctly.
5. Changes to this policy
If we add new categories of cookies or similar technologies, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date before they are used.
