Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Standard 10 MAD for 1–3 hours or 30 MAD for 4–24 hours; Premium 30 MAD and 90 MAD. It is a flat price per bag for the whole block, not an hourly rate.
What can I store?
Standard covers bags, backpacks, suitcases and parcels. Premium is for bulky, fragile or valuable items — instruments, sports equipment, strollers, oversized luggage — and is stored in its own dedicated space, upright, with nothing placed on top.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time before your scheduled drop-off for a full refund of anything paid online. Once storage has begun the booking is non-refundable.
Is my luggage insured?
No — Bagazin is not an insurer and holds no insurance policy. Instead a platform guarantee fund, financed by a 2% withholding on partner revenue, compensates substantiated loss, theft or damage up to 3,000 MAD per item. Claims go to support@bagazin.com within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up. Cash, jewellery and other valuables are excluded.
How do I pay?
By card online, or in cash on site at participating partners. All prices are charged in Moroccan Dirham (MAD).
